1General Terms & Conditions

The fbje.im platform is operated by fbje International Ltd, registered and operating under an international licence. In this document, "fbje", "we", and "platform" refer to fbje.im and all its services. "Member" or "you" refers to anyone who has registered on or is using fbje.

These terms were last updated in January 2026. fbje reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2Account Registration & Usage

The following conditions must be met to open an account with fbje:

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information will result in account closure.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password and login credentials confidential.
• Your account must not be shared with or used by anyone else.
• Registration is not permitted from countries where online gaming is prohibited.

Account registration is completely free — fbje charges no fee to sign up. After registration, fbje may request identity verification at any time.

3Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Fbje currently supports payments via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. fbje reserves the right to add new payment methods or discontinue existing ones at any time.

• Transactions may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met first.
• If any suspicious transaction is detected, fbje may place withdrawals on hold until an investigation is completed.
• Fbje does not charge any payment processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

4Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Fbje regularly runs a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own specific terms, available on the promotions page or Voucher section. General bonus terms are listed below:

• Each bonus offer can only be claimed once and applies to a single account one time only.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is generally between 10x and 30x.
• Cashback offers are generally available with no wagering requirements.
• Expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• Only one promo code may be applied per deposit.
• Minimum odds requirements may apply when using bonuses on accumulator bets.

5Gaming Rules & Sports Betting

All games on fbje are powered by internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is regularly audited by independent third parties. This ensures that every game outcome is completely fair and unpredictable.

• If a connection is lost during a Live Casino game, fbje will determine the outcome based on the last recorded log.
• In Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled after a bet has been accepted, the stake will be refunded.
• Bets placed after a match has ended will not be accepted.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, fbje reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Fbje may set betting limits for any individual member.

6KYC Verification Process

To comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, fbje verifies the identity of all members through a process known as KYC (Know Your Customer). The required documents are listed below:

• KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours.
• After documents are submitted, fbje may reach out to you directly.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold until KYC verification is complete.
• All submitted documents are stored securely in a fully encrypted system.

7Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a clear violation of fbje's Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing bonuses or employing bonus hunting strategies.
• Placing bets using cheats, bots, or automated software.
• Using fbje for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using accounts of family members to transfer bonuses and gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to fbje's systems.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Either fbje or the member may close an account for any reason. Details are outlined below:

• Members may request account closure at any time by contacting support.
• In the event of a terms violation, fbje may immediately close the account without prior notice.
• As part of our Responsible Gaming initiative, you can apply for self-exclusion to have your account locked for a specified period.
• Any valid withdrawable balance will be returned to the member before the account is closed.

9Limitation of Liability

Fbje is committed to delivering the highest standard of service. However, fbje is not liable for the following:

• Loss of bets due to internet disconnection.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment systems.
• Login credentials stolen due to the user's own negligence.
• Service unavailability due to government restrictions.
